for Starters, price and add-ons. my order was for $1869.23. i kept a pair of socks, as i used one pair out of 7. you need to discuss price before you measure for supports. They hurt my feet every day and even at bedtime not wearing any device for bedtime. went in with just a hurting left heal, after 4 days both feet hurting, i returned to store for returns. The return process took longer than the purchase. they have to call managers, they call back, they deliberately stall, but after constant pressure, they finally did the right thing and processed a full refund, minus socks. If you are going to use their service, you need to pressure them back regarding cost, add-ons (socks and inserts) make them tell you the price. Also, make them tell you why you need the add ons. There is up to a 90 Day Return window, but they make you jump through hoops to get it back, pay with credir card so you can dispute the charge if you hit the brick wall they built. These of course, are my opinion, others may love their experience.

I love my arch supports. Alex was great to go over everything so thoroughly and answer my questions or repeat any information. I tried on several options for shoes and levels of strengtheners/maintainers to make sure I was happy with my purchase. If you have ankle, foot, back, or neck pain, this is definitely worth the investment. The Woodland Hills location is also very clean.
