From start to finish Renne the breeder made everything easy. I drove out and met our new little girl Large Marge, and it was love at first site. We have had a couple questions and renee responds right away! we couldn't be happier

On the positive side, our puppy's breeder was helpful in making his transition successful from their kennel to our home. Communications between us were timely and informational. The puppy's leg was broken and casted by the breeder's vet before we received him which has presented unique care challenges. On the negative side, the breeder's vet only provided medical records after repeated requests and X-RAYS are still forthcoming.

Markina at Gems Shih Tzu was so easy to work with and great about sending updated pictures of my puppy. Graycie is a happy, healthy, and playful puppy. I couldn't be happier with her and my interactions with Markina. I would 100% recommend her to friends and family who are looking to bring a Shih Tzu into their family.

I used Good Dog when I purchased what I believed to be a 13-week-old Yorkshire Terrier (Yorkie) from Regina Cheslock of Raised by Gemstone Kennel. The puppy, advertised as a purebred Yorkie named Calvin, was later examined by a licensed veterinarian who informed me that Calvin is, in fact, a Chorkie — a mix between a Yorkie and a Chihuahua. I paid $1,500 for the dog, in addition to incurring significant extra costs. I traveled four hours to pick him up and another four hours to return home. I also purchased food, clothing, essential supplies, and a DNA test to confirm the breed. Furthermore, the veterinarian noted that I should have been provided with American Kennel Club (AKC) registration paperwork. The vaccination records I received were deemed invalid, as they lacked a licensed veterinarian's signature and proper documentation. This has been a deeply disappointing and costly experience, and I feel misled by the seller.
