RACHA HIKINGReviews of gonggarsports.com

The pants fit great and look amazing just as advertised. Company seems responsive and had an easy ordering process. I find they mark / stain really easily so be careful if you get lighter colors.

The skirt has really nice material; I went for the super soft style. The colors are vibrant, and the pattern is positioned niceky. I messed up by ordering my usual size, small. I should have picked a medium for a more relaxed fit. Small fits a big tight on me. They did mention the fit in the description though.

Original order was a bit long- but totally worth the wait. Fit and quality as there chart gives. Loved the items we purchased! Would recommend highly.

I bought two pairs of pants from Gonggar Sports and I absolutely love them. They look exactly like they do on Instagram and on the website. The material feels great and the design is very stylish and modern. I’m really happy with my purchase. The customer support team was also very responsive when I had a small delivery issue. The only thing I would mention is sizing: I ordered from Italy and expected the fit to be oversized, but the sizes are actually true to size. If you want the loose look shown in the photos, I recommend sizing up. Highly recommended!

The pink dress from Gonggar sport is exceptional in quality and spectacular in looks! Wow! The pink dress was beautiful on the website and much prettier in person! I highly recommend buying that sport dress.

Website and marketing is great, but the products are extremely low quality and just another dropship store. I ordered pants: the sizing was off, the zippers and cords were barely functional, and material was cheap. Giving an extra store because they are responsive, accepted my return for store credit. Not sure if even want anything else after seeing the quality though.

Love the pants I bought, had to get them shortened a bit and took a while to arrive but happy with my purchase. Slightly more than I would want to spend but the quality is worth it.

The delivery of the items took weeks. Once the items arrived, one was wayyy to small, and the other pants has an manufacturing issue where you can’t put you leg through the trousers normally. I can’t return the items, the keep coming up with strange replacement items and gift card options. See below: As stated in our return policy, purchases can be returned for a Gift Card or Exchange at this moment. In this case, we would like to provide 3 solutions for you: 1. Keep the item and get a partial gift card. To save time and postage, we are willing to offer a 35% gift card for the item to compensate you and you can keep the original item or gift it to your friend instead of sending it back. 2. Exchange. You can exchange it for another size or another item. If you want to try another item then you can choose another item at a similar price that you are interested in and send the original product back to us, then we will arrange to ship the new item for you. 3. Return the item for a gift card. If these two options can not meet your need, you can submit a return for gift card request and we will provide the return instructions in the next email. I want to return the items and get my money back. Horrible experience with this company!!
