I was a perfect experience shopping Fast shipping and perfect quality

I bought 2 long sleeve striped shorts (different styles). My order was fulfilled quickly and I was surprised that my items arrived faster from China than another domestic order I had placed the same day. Out of the two shirts, one of them was a little smaller than expected and didn’t have the oversized aesthetic I was hoping for, but the other one! Well it has become my favorite shirt. The shape is perfect - I get compliments on it all the time. The weight and fabric are great for chilly fall nights. And it’s incredibly versatile. I backpacked in it one weekend, tagged the highest peak in Utah in it the next weekend, and wore it to an outdoor concert the week after. The light fleece is so soft and comfy, and I love the 80s/90s aesthetic stripe design. I do laundry just so I can wear it again! And the quality has remained the same, even after several washes.

Purchased a pair of pants to see if this is worth it. I never received my product. I waited over a month and never received any update, I have reached out to customer service directly twice and have not received a useful response other than "we have received your order confirmation". Still haven't received anything and trying to fight them to get my product or my money back. Its been a nightmare. I would avoid, its also worth noting this store has been consistently ranked suspicious as it less than a year old and I wish i knew about this before i placed my order. BEWARE and do not shop.

The sizes are very good, the S fits perfectly and it’s not too big. The pants perfect and very beautiful, I really love the big pockets and the style. The quality of the fabrics and the crafmanship are high, which is not easy to find. The customer service team is kind and patient. I will order again from them if they mantain the same quality in how they make their clothes. Angela Meggiato

⭐ 1 star – Extremely disappointing return experience – European buyers beware! I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Gonggar Sports and would strongly advise international customers to think twice before ordering from this company. I purchased four clothing items for 2,362.50 DKK (approximately €315). Within just a few days of receiving my order, I contacted customer service to arrange a return. I was absolutely shocked to discover that returning the clothes from Denmark to their US warehouse would cost approximately 1,447 DKK (almost €195), including the customs charges quoted by the shipping company. That is more than 60% of the original purchase price! These enormous international return costs came as a very unpleasant surprise. While the company refers to its return policy stating that customers are responsible for return shipping, I had certainly not anticipated that returning an order would involve costs this high. Despite explaining the situation, Gonggar Sports refused to provide a prepaid return label, contribute towards the return costs, or offer a more affordable return solution. Instead, they initially offered me a 40% gift card, later increasing it to 50%. However, I specifically requested a refund to my original payment method, not store credit that would require me to shop with them again. Their final response was that I could only receive a full refund if I paid the extremely expensive return costs myself. I fully understand that customers may be responsible for return shipping. However, I find it deeply frustrating that a company selling internationally does not offer a more practical or affordable return solution for its European customers. What disappoints me most is the lack of flexibility and willingness to find a reasonable solution, despite the extraordinary costs involved. My advice to European customers: Think very carefully before ordering from Gonggar Sports. Unless you are absolutely certain you want to keep everything you purchase, you risk facing return costs so high that returning your order becomes financially unreasonable. A very disappointing experience. Based on how my return request has been handled, I cannot recommend this company.

Love the style of the product, very good quality. It ships aboard but never had any problems receiving the product.

the product felt very cheap for the cost, the shipping took way longer than the website said it would, waiting an additional two weeks, automated response from customer service team. This seems to be a fake store

Truly the most insane return experience. Feels like you are trying to convince them that you purchased something from them- huge disappointment given the clothes seemed well made
