However, after reviewing your order and our email records, we found that the package was returned not because of customs issues, but because delivery was attempted multiple times and no one was available to receive it. We proactively reached out to help arrange redelivery, but you declined to accept the package. As a result, it was sent back to the handling station and eventually destroyed according to standard procedures.
