On the same day I got a letter that you have not received my money I also received a bill for $25 for paper transactions. I was never given the opportunity to do electronic transactions. I tried to call the number I was given on the letter and was on hold for over 30 minutes. I tried again and the same thing happened. I would like you to call me.

Sent instructions and the coordination between Goldstar and Fidelity was not good. Issues on both sides, but Goldstar waited over a week after initial contact to follow up. Fidelity needed 3-5 days to finalize the sale of assets to raise the needed cash. Disappointed that I had to baby sit the entire process and transfer of money to CAZ was still late.
