I appreciate the way the calls were…
I appreciate the way the calls were handled. They came across as helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, and they gave me the space I needed to make my decision. I do appreciate some information emailed to me as it did help fill in the gaps for me to better understand what a transfer to gold would entail. They also answered my questions and made me feel comfortable and helped to allay my fears. Thank you, Shirley Beemer

I have also been on hold for 20 to 30…
I have also been on hold for 20 to 30 minutes. I just want to know where all the fees come from. I am looking to leave this company. I just can't get in touch with anyone.

On Hold to long
Customer support is great when you get through to someone. But I was on hold for 45 minutes before I got to speak to customer service.

Unneeded fees and poor customer service
Last year I called to decline paper statements so I wouldn't be assessed a useless $25 fee, since I do all my business online. This year I was charged that fee. I called and waited 45 minutes on hold on the phone before an agent answered. He told me it was on record I called last year, so he'd have to check and see if they could remove that fee. He said they would email me and let me know. I never heard from him. I sent the company an email to see what happened. It was ignored. Weeks later I received a bill in the mail for the $25 dollar fee. This company's customer service is horrible. I'm looking at closing my account and transferring my assets to another company.

Fast and painless!
