It has been a very long process
It has been a very long process, and a nightmare....I only hope Goldstar will improve as we go along. They still don't have all our accounts transferred, but we owe money already just for setting them up. Poor service at best.

New Account Set Up
I set up a new account with a company and initial phone/e-mail communication was great! Once I had provided everything that was needed it was several days (July 25 - Aug 4) and I did not receive any communication. I reached out on Aug 4 and the representative admitted the application was complete on July 25 and apologized for not setting up the account when documents were received. I was trying to be patient as I am sure this company is extremely busy these days, however It was important because I was waiting to provide an account number from this company to another vendor to complete the entire process.
