Goldstar Trust is having trouble replying to my initial request to transfer the IRA account. I am unable to reach anyone in the customer service. The agent whom I have worked in past has also left the company. The company 1800.486.6888 is also unable to reach. I have tried calling Goldstar several times and end up in busy tone.

Goldstar Trust is having trouble processing the Transfer of my IRA. Rather than call me and work together with the current curator of my funds I received emails telling me to I need to call the curator. I have done this and was assured the transfer had taken place, yet Goldstar Trust still hasn't acknowledged receipt of the transferred funds. I have tried calling Goldstar several times and end up on Perma hold.

I think you are a very good company but you need more help. Its obvious to your customers that you don't have a sufficient workforce. 25 min holding on the telephone is not acceptable. Waiting 4-5 days to open a new account do to the backlog of clients - also unacceptable. You might save some money is the short run but you will lose in the long run if you don't take care of your customers efficiently.
