Everyone has been reaching out to me on a consistent basis as I open the new account and helpful explains how starting anew account works.

They were very helpful and guided me through step by step and they were very nice 👍🏻

Overall experience with website, DocuSign and personal contact with customer support representatives was 'Good' but not great. Expected much more assistance regarding IRA transfer and timing. Expected background information on ALL storage facilities fees and what differentiated each/ benefits paid for since some 'vault' storage fees are double other locations. WHY? What's so good about one place that mandates a 100% increase in fees? No information or recommendations provided!

Goldstar was very prompt in processing my requests. Funds were transferred in very quickly and immediately sent back out to fund my alternative investments. The biggest problem is sometimes having to wait so long on hold.

The whole process was seamless, except for the issue on the 401K side. Seamless and fairly quick. I would definitely recommend the move.
