Friendly knowledgeable staff, not pushy, didn't talk down to me. Would have given 5 stars except I was told I would receive documents shipped via FedEx and would be provided tracking # when shipped. Never received tracking info and shipment was made via UPS.

As a first time IRA gold buyer, the company was exceptionally easy to work with, the forms were easy to understand and the transaction was seamless. I look forward tto an ongoing relationship with them in the future.

I can't believe all the positive reviews of Goldstickit to you trust company. Their fees are outrageous. The people talk to you like robots. Cost me two $50 fees just to wire transfer a matured structured settlement out to Fidelity. Of course, Fidelity did not charge anything. Annual maintenance fee has tripled to $150 over the last few years. And account termination fee will be another $150.

Goldstar Trust is very prompt and keen to details when transferring IRA funds from or to other IRA custodians. Their service quality has noticeably improved recently. I am also witnessing their tremendous growth in non-IRA services, such as being a servicer in structured settlements. Bravo!

I'm a "techno-dummy" and getting set up w/ y'all was painless. Still awaiting 401K $'s to transfer to Birch Gold, but that's not your problem. Actually enjoyed talking to your lady who helped me. Thanks.
