My rollover experience was excellent. My agent took the time to explain everything that would be done and what I would need to do in detail. If I ever had any questions throughout the transition all I had to do was call and it would be explained it verified. Once the transaction was completed I received an email with the account information and transactions. Fantastic job

After the 3rd different person called me inquiring about my email inquiry. The pitch was typical but they stayed that you deal with one person. I liked that and went into action. I have now talked to at least 7-8 different people through emails or phone. I was upset and now only open and respond to 2 people. All others emails and phone calls go to junk and noting get accomplished. Plus this process of rollover is not easy and requires information that can be easily obtained if the people would be specific on what they need.
