Deceptive practices & Bait and switch
signed on because I got an email saying "Limited Time Only: Get 20 SC FREE dropped straight into your account the moment you make your first purchase —" So I purchased $20 for $40 package thinking awesome I'm going to get $60 what a steal. Upon purchasing the package they said oh that was the additional $20 and you already got it. That's insanely deceiving and a hard bait and switch. Wouldn't recommend this place *UPDATE* They tried to get this review removed for being defamatory. HILARIOUS! Trustpilot said no. Maybe don’t deceive me next time. you ripped me off $20 and now everyone gets to see. Update #2, I'll include the literature sent from the email. We don't do this for everyone — but we heard you like to play slots, and honestly? That's exactly the kind of person Gold Machine was built for. Limited Time Only: Get 20 SC FREE dropped straight into your account the moment you make your first purchase.

Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to clarify how this promotion works, as we believe there may be a misunderstanding as you are the only reviewer who mistook it as additional 20 SC Free. The promotional email stated that 20 SC would be dropped into your account upon making your first purchase. When you selected the $20 Gold Coins package, that package was already enhanced to include the 20 SC Free as part of the promotion—meaning the bonus was applied directly to your first purchase, exactly as described. You received the promoted offer in full. To be clear: the standard package and the promotional bonus were combined into one transaction for your convenience. No value was withheld and no switch was made. The promotion delivered exactly what was advertised. We also want to address the claim regarding review removal. We take our reputation seriously and have every right to flag reviews that we believe contain inaccurate claims. Trustpilot has their own process for evaluating these flags, and we respect their decision. Flagging a review for accuracy is not an admission of wrongdoing—it is a standard option available to all businesses on the platform. We're sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations. If you'd like to discuss this further, our support team is happy to walk you through the details of your purchase and the promotion.
