I have had an overall great experience…
I have had an overall great experience with Gold Machine Casino. Great SC packages, very very fast redemptions and they just upgraded their page/system as well which is very easy to navigate! I would definitely recommend!

Sketchy Practices
Hit for 430 sweepstakes coins and put in my first redemption request. Woke up to being permanently banned for a supposed TOS violation and they won't respond and can't be reached. Beware ⚠️

Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to provide some clarity on this matter. When a redemption request is submitted, it triggers a thorough account review as part of our standard security and compliance procedures. If a Terms of Service violation is identified during that review, the account may be deactivated to protect the integrity of our platform. This process applies equally to all users, regardless of the redemption amount. For security reasons, we are unable to disclose the specific details of any account review, as doing so could compromise the measures we have in place to keep our platform safe for all users. We take the security of our platform seriously, and these reviews are conducted to ensure fairness for our entire community. We understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and we appreciate your understanding.
