Gold MachineReviews of goldmachine.com

I feel like the 5 star reviews here are bots. New sign up bonus was horrible compared to other websites and I have tried quite a few. Website seems dull, the games picture are different then what the game is. Played got bored, I have more fun on other websites. I tried a few games to give it a real shot and done, closing account, not coming back.

I signed on because I got an email saying I would get a $20 with my first purchase. I was not able to claim that. So after spending over $300 I got zero. I hit bonuses about four times once on two dollars and still never got over $30 for a bonus. It’s a rip off and trust pilot does not know what they’re talking about with their reviews. This is not the first time I read the reviews. Trust pilot gave a 4.7 and it was BS.

I love the customer service that I received via chat the women I had was kat and she was fast getting to me was instant and she answered my question after looking my account up and I was done. The customer service is really what I base my online casinos I play and ill be playing n g this one for sure.

I had questions about the sign up bonuses. Veronica was online with me within one minute. She explained everything to me in detail. No double talk, or outright lies like I have had other online casinos do. It was a pleasure texting with her. I give her 5 stars.

As long as they continue to be trust worthy I'll give 5 stars. For now I'll do just 4 since I'm still new to the site and I haven't came across an issue I needed support to help with yet. Daily bonuses here are small but unfortunately have become the industry norm lately. But the verification process was fast and painless and my first redemption was in my account in a little under 24 hours. So as far as I'm concerned they are legit and easy to use. I've enjoyed my time here so far. I can recommend them to fellow slot lovers 🥰

Always very helpful. Awesome games and redemptions are always within minutes. THANKS AMMY!!

Gold Machine is fine so far. I like the count down that tells you how long you have to use the sign up bonus. I think they extended it from 180 days to 365 because at some point my counter turned back the clock. I still have over 200 days left to use my 1st purchase offer. I’d estimate I created my account 5 months ago. I checked Trust Pilot to see if this platform was a trustworthy place to make a $10 purchase. I’ve never read so many reviews that feel like they were written by bots. Everyone’s experience is that they had a great interaction with customer service? And their experience was so great they remember the name of person who helped them? In 5 months I haven’t had a reason to reach out to customer support. I’m nowhere near a redemption. The games are fine. There’s a daily wheel in addition to the log in bonus but you have to look for the wheel; it doesn’t just pop up. They give you about 25¢ - 30¢ a day, which I’d say is mid range as far as daily rewards go.

a phenominal site. i absolutely reccomend this site
