The fast approval was awesome , the redemption approval was under 10 minutes, unlike a lot of other ones , not going to call them out, where you have to wait at least 5 hours just to see if your redemption was approved . Way to go Gold Machine , I'm a crownie, but let me find out your better than them..# BIG WINS

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. I’m about $500 in without a single win over $20. No withdraw

Hi there, Thank you for sharing your honest feedback — we take every review seriously, and we're sorry your experience hasn't met your expectations. We want to be upfront: all reviews on our page are from genuine customers, and we do not "pay" for reviews. Games on our platform are from large vendors only and they all operate on certified random number generators (RNGs) that are independently tested to ensure fair and random outcomes. Because results are random, winning streaks and dry spells are both a natural part of the experience. We always encourage our players to play within their comfort level and use our free AMOE methods to play always. We appreciate your time and hope we can restore your confidence in Gold Machine. The Gold Machine Team

Still won’t answer me back and explain what happened and why I was banned complete nonsense that they can’t even pay out what is owed have started the process of turning them in I promise you anyone reading this do not play this game. I want $7000 and have copies and screenshots of me being verified in all of the games that I won the amount of money on and whenever it reached that amount, they just decided to ban me and will not even explain why my account was closed. They did not give me the money and will not respond to any message that I’ve sent again and turning them in for being fraud. If I were you, I would skip along to the next social casino because these people will not pay you out if you are to hit that kind of amount.

Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to address several claims in this review, as they are highly misleading to anyone reading. The suggestion that Gold Machine does not pay out large amounts is simply false. We have users who have successfully redeemed well over 50,000 SC without issue. A 7,000 SC redemption is not an amount that would cause concern on our platform—we process redemptions of this size and much larger on a regular basis. Your account was not closed because of the amount you won. Your account was flagged for fraud during our standard security and compliance review process. When fraudulent activity is detected, we are obligated to act in order to protect the integrity of our platform and the safety of our entire user community. For security reasons, we cannot disclose the specific details of what was flagged, as doing so could compromise the systems in place to protect all of our users. We have responded to your inquiries through our support channels, but will not entertain the same questions over and over again after providing an answer numerous times already. We welcome any investigation into our business practices and are fully confident in how we operate. We take fraud prevention seriously, and we will continue to enforce our policies to ensure a fair and safe experience for all users on our platform.

There was an issue with my verification with their third party service, KYC. Claimed my DL didn't match my selfie. Immediately thought scam but, to my surprise the live chat support actually was live support.. something every casino claims to have yet very few do. I was able to get verified manually with there direction and as soon as I was I was able to redeem my prize which only took a few minutes to win. Less than 24 hours to receive my winnings once I was verified. Legit social casino.

Just signed up for this online casino and had a great experience. Not only did I get a generous welcome bonus, but I was able to turn it into a $100 withdrawal on my first visit. I was surprised how quickly I was paid too. Within a couple of hours, money was in the bank. I definitely recommend goldmachine.com and I will definitely be playing here more often.
