Was fully verified and Got paid small redemptions here n there. Finally win 1k. Was forced to break into 250 chunks. Waited 15+ days for my redemption. Was finally sent a link to upload the same documents I did months ago. Then after doing that, my account was banned and winnings void for having a 2nd account. There is zero account I have used or redeemed or anything outside of my account. When I finally win big they just made something up to void it. This is unbelievable.

Let me count the ways why this company is not worth your time and I can prove they are greedy. 1. All slots are 92% RTP for same slots on most sites are 96%. This part is huge they require all providers to make their slots pay less then the other guys. 2. Your cash back rewards at premier (GOLD) .05% that’s half of 1% so basically nothing at all. 3. You have a major issue that was their fault they compensate you 2SC MAX 4. Daily bonus is maxed out at .30sc after a week. 5. Can’t buy more than one gold package if you have over 30SC. 6. So if you don’t hit the minimum cash out of 100 dollars you can’t purchase a small package to ensure you can cash out. 7. They ask for tips when you cash out. Like who does that. 8. Gold coin packages offer bare minimum bonuses and you can’t get anything over a few dollars and rarely offer big packages. I bought a 30 dollar package and got 90SC can you guess what number I couldn’t get above. That’s right 99.99 SC. 9. Charge you international fees when your bank already does that 10. Charge a fee to cash out 11. Only one cash out allowed per day with minimum of 500 a day to start maxing out only after u make it to an impossible top tier (which reverses after a month) 12. Pay you to write a good review and even sends emails out asking for one DONT PLAY HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS FROM THE HEART. This platform is so pathetic they even have a fake chat room where there own people chat about their big wins.

I verified my account and redeemed. I was informed it could take 1-10 business days even though I paid a fee to get it sooner. So I got ahold of customer service. They said it would take 24 hours. The next day rolls around, same thing. Another 24 hours. Vincent was no help. I’m still irritated and waiting. It hasn’t even been approved yet. This is a joke. Would not recommend unless you don’t mind waiting forever for you winnings.

Definitely do not recommend playing here! I’ve been waiting since Sunday for my redemption. I always verify my account before I start playing on any site , so that’s not an issue . It’s supposed to be fast redemption especially using a debit card. I’ve been getting the same “it’s next in the queue or it’ll be looked at within 24hrs” but it’s way past 24hrs and yet still nothing. The craziest part is it’s only $100! I’ve pls on multiple sites and receive $1,000’s within days , better yet HOURS. I will not be playing on this site anymore after this because this is ridiculous.

Let me begin with saying if I could give a zero star or a negative star I would the fact that they charge a processing fee of $7.50 to withdraw $250 not to mention that you're only allowed one withdrawal a day at a maximum of 250 is absolutely insane and for it not to be instant and to tell me that it could take 10 business days do yourself a favor do not play here too many other places to play that are indeed instant and do not charge these ridiculous fee amounts and put a daily cap on your withdrawal because of your VIP level not a good way to get players to come back this place is absolute trash!!

Extremely poor experience. I sent a USDC payment over Polygon and the transaction was successfully confirmed on-chain, but my purchase was never credited. Support has repeatedly told me they are “waiting on their payment processor” while providing no meaningful update, resolution, or timeframe. At this point I would strongly caution anyone considering using Gold Machine. A confirmed crypto transaction should not disappear into a customer-service black hole.

This place has gone downhill big time. No longer any live games but some lesser blackjack tables. Rtp is abysmal on slots. I'm deleting my account after submitting this review, & seriously considering my first chargeback ever. GoldMachine is truly awful. They used to have roulette & game shows, etc. No more Evolution provider, just crap rtp slots & digital card blackjack lol.
