Been playing here for a while now, great games they claim to be able to redeem very fast, with in a half hour. Until my last 2 redemptions. I understand things happen blah blah blah ..... But when you claim to be able to redeem in under a hour thats what it should be! Very unhappy! I hate being lied to! 👎

I chose to play on Gold Machine specifically because of their advertised fast debit card redemption times, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. On July 14, I won 500 SC. Since my account is limited to 250 SC per redemption per day, I redeemed the first 250 SC on July 14. It was approved and paid in about an hour, exactly as expected. On July 15, I submitted my second 250 SC redemption. Instead of being processed within the timeframe advertised on their website, it has remained pending for days. When I contacted customer support multiple times, I received the same generic response stating that redemptions can take up to 10 business days depending on the approval queue. The problem is that this directly contradicts Gold Machine’s own Rewards FAQ. Their FAQ states that Debit Card Redemptions are “approved within 30 minutes to 2 hours” and that funds are generally credited immediately. That fast payout time is one of the main reasons I chose to play on this site. When I pointed out this discrepancy, support claimed that the 30 minutes to 2 hours only begins after the 10-business-day approval period, which is not what their FAQ says. If there is an additional approval queue that can last up to 10 business days, it should be clearly disclosed instead of advertising a 30-minute to 2-hour approval time. I’m not upset because I wasn’t paid instantly—I’m frustrated because the published redemption policy doesn’t match the experience or the explanation customer support is providing. Players deserve accurate information before deciding where to spend their money. I hope Gold Machine either honors the redemption time they advertise or updates their FAQ to reflect the actual process. As of today, July 20th, 2026 my redemption remains pending. I will gladly update this review if Gold Machine resolves the issue and aligns its redemption process with its published policy.

I love the games but I have bought TONS of packages and not once ever cashed out so I gave up unfortunately

So far so good. I just put in a instant redemption a few hours ago and now I'm just waiting. Games seem very fair and customer service answers pretty fast. Will most definitely update to five stars once redemption is actually approved. But as of now I'm really loving this site and plan on playing here for now on . Update: I had to change my stars to three stars now. So far instant isn't instant, I put in a instant redemption 10 hours ago and it's still sitting in pending. Dealing with other casinos Instant has been instant. Keep getting the same reply. I really thought I found a new casino I can regularly play on because who doesn't love a instant redemption but now I'm starting to feel like all these comments on getting their winnings in less than two hours are fake. If I ever receive my redemption I will most definitely update to five stars but so far I'm disappointed 😞😞 Update #2: I finally received one of my redemptions and just waiting on the second one. I can confirm they are legit and will pay you out. Guess you just have to be a little patient. Update #3: I received my first instant redemption 16 hours later and now it seems they don't want to pay out my last hundred dollars smh. Just got told it'll be processed in 3-4 days for a instant redemption to debit that they charged me a fee for. I don't plan on seeing that money. If a site can barely pay out a little hundred I can imagine what will happen with a big amount. I'm sure if they ever send me my money I won't be going back now. Smh

I only have won one time off this app. Plus there is no free play. I buy packages but still don’t win.

I won a few hundred dollars and tried to redeem, but they said I was doing bonus abuse, whatever that means. I gambled again, and won less, but still enough to redeem, and they said the same thing. They will NOT pay out if you win. EDIT: They did pay me out, but not until after I had to replay my wins again which I wasn't as lucky with as the first time around, so I've upped from a 1 star to a 2 star.

Can't really say anything other than I blew through close to 300$ on bonus buys and let me tell you the algorithm of bonus buys payout being pretty damn close to the same at 10% to 20% on 20 different games is quite questionable on random outcome.i may be wrong on this but this is what I've experienced stay tuned.ps not saying this is a bad site but it's new to me and what most of these site don't tell you is that although they can't manipulate their games rtp they can however choose games from developers to have a set rtp value of lower than normal.

UI is clunky. Slots are tight. VIP program seems difficult to progress (requires quite a bit of play to reach levels). If I ever win, I’ll update on redemption times. I would use caution before buying larger packages or buying multiple packages. I think you can find better RTP at more established sites. Changed from 1 star, to two stars for the reply from the company.
