Sorry to hear about your poor experience. We did look into this matter and our staff advised since you only needed a sample we couldn't provide a spot uv of the sample, they also suggested to do a pearl foil instead but again the set up cost is too much for a foil as you needed a sample. Our staff made suggestions and tried their best to help but we will advise them to do more next time. Thank you for your feedback.

Hi Vanessa, Thank you for your feedback. Our team looked into this issue and found that the product was done on time. The only issue that we can think of is that product begins after you approve the order, based on the option you selected, because once you approved the order, the job was done the next day, as advertised.
