Not the same at all

I loved my prints. The turnaround time in the midst of a pandemic was amazing. Gold Image Printing assisted me throughout the printing process and were patient in offering advice and expertise in deciding paper type for the things i wanted to print. Will definitely be doing business with them again. Thank you!!

I love working with Gold Image Printing. They are fast and accurate. They helped me create something from limited resources and saved my butt.

Although my client ultimately opted for a different type of business cards (letterpress cards vs regular printing) I ordered a few print samples from Gold Image to show her - these samples are a HUGE plus, as clients can see exactly how their job would look versus just a generic swatch like other companies provide. When I ran into a little glitch on the website ordering them, Michaela provided 5 star customer service, attentively helping with each step of the ordering process. Her customer service was excellent, and really appreciated all of her care and attention to detail, which is rare these days. Thanks Micheala, and Gold Image!

Customer service was exceptional and the quality of the prints were perfect. I will absolutely use your services again. However, the "build your own" functionality on your website needs work....nothing saves and it's not a flawless system. I had to spend a lot of time with different team members chatting through the user experience and challenges I faced. Fix this area of your website, and you're 5 stars.
