This place is in my neighborhood, so I really wanted to support their business. It's the second time (really 3rd time) I have given them a shot, but both their product and customer service were terrible. I had wonderful interactions with a few people there who were eager to help, but unfortunately, the staff does not seem to communicate with each other at all. This time I came in the print job was so bad they agreed to reprint (the first time, it was also terrible but there was no offer to make it right). I had ordered my product for same-day printing, so I paid extra... the reprint took almost 3 days, so I did not get them in time for my event. When I came to pick them up I was met with a moody, rude staff who did not seem to care that I had waited at the door for 15mins. The guy looked like he was still in his pajamas even though it was 9:30 am. No interest in whether or not I was satisfied, just shy of telling me to f$%& off. Makes me really sad, but I'll be sticking to DPrinting down the street where they appreciate my business.
