Great experience. Only complaint, that you don't ship to Canada. I had to order a few business cards from another location because of that. Otherwise very happy with the cards and the customer service I received when asking questions online.

Had issues coordinating my order and was not able to get response from Support team. Would have selected another company if I knew there would be issues.

I enjoyed the website and interface for ordering my products immensely, and it's a well designed process. However, the prints i received were incorrect, even though they were correct on the proof i approved. We weren't able to use them for an event i ordered them for, which was actually quite problematic. I would have just hoped for a higher degree of professionalism and attention to detail. I'll order from GIP again, but probably not for projects on a deadline, in case there are other inaccuracies.

I was compelled to write to thank you for the excellent service you give. I'm a graphic designer who used your site to order postcards as a self-promotion marketing tool and couldn't be more pleased with the outcomes. The cards are produced extremely professionally, and the entire procedure went smoothly and without any issues. As a graphic designer/production manager, I have never had such a simple print job. On the pre-press/printing end, something always seems to go wrong, but this time there was nothing. All of my clients' printing demands have been met. Thank you so much!!!

Hello, I was completely dissatisfied with my first experience with this printing service. Not only were my business cards NOT ready or even started the day I was promised. ( I called before placing the "same day" order the day before....and called before heading to the location from Cerritos which took me more than an hour to get to.) but after they made me wait while they got them printed, they made them wrong- I complained and then after much consideration on their part ...they made me wait another 45-50minutes to print the correct business cards!!!! Customer service was honestly....horrible! this business has a lot to improve on - from Customer service, order processing, locating customer's orders at the time of pick up, and quality! I can definitely say, I don't think I will be back.
