Not the best
I received my coins all in one bag through USPS. The coins are in mint condition, but being in one bag they got dings and scratches from banging into each other. Also shipping seemed slow with no tracking available.

Thank you Jason for the review. We contacted the customer to find out what went wrong. All coins are supposed to be shipped in tubes or individual sleeves, we have rectified that with the shipping department. Tracking info was sent to the customer, however the postal service was slow to update (which is out of our control). Package was shipped on a Friday and delivered on the following Thursday (6 days).

Fair prices, ethical and honest representatives
I'm new to the precious metals scene. I researched prices and BBB ratings, and felt comfortable in selecting this company. Shortly after I made this initial purchase, a representative contacted me and explained how I can save more money and made recommendations that were helpful. Correct gold coins, prompt shipment, no float on credit card.
As an old fart addicted to both numismatic and bullion coin collection, I fiddle with all the dealers on-line and in the newspapers. When you think you've learned all their tricks, they come up with new ones, that's part of the game for some of them. My trial with this company, four 1/4 oz gold eagles showed up at the door on the due date. Correct coins, price, shipment. That's all I know. I've not assayed them yet, now that would really piss me off...
