enjoyed the fine feast of my gold bar
I had been waiting to buy gold but prices kept on going up in the last 6 months. When prices dropped recently, I found this website. Best competitive rate and in time delivery. Customer service is too good with quick responses for all my emails. I am now planning to purchase silver bars...I bet you, it is worth buying here if you ever wanna buy.

I recommend Gold and Silver Online for purchasing gold and silver online. I called to place a trade, received a quote, mailed a personal check, they shipped the items, and I received them. It was as simple as that.

Great
I was very unsure about the transaction only because this is the first time I have purchased a commodity of such great value online. I was pleasantly surprised when the rep called me to tell me that I had actually overpaid by $100.00 and that I would receive a refund and I did get the check. I appreciate the honesty and am very pleased with the overall experience. Thank you.

I will buy again
Gold and Silver Online provided a great experience. Their inventory is on hand, so I received my purchase within a week. Their selection is limited, but that is not an issue for me. The only problem, and I hate even describing it as that, is the credit card policy. You have to call to confirm your order when using a credit card. That in itself is not the problem. My issue was I didn't see anything that stated that until I got a conformation email. Again, a minor issue. But if you don't check email often, as I usually don't, you may be waiting for a delivery that hasn't shipped. I will purchase again in the future.

Thanks for your review! For all credit card orders, we do need to verify the order details with the customer over the phone as a security measure. If we don't hear from the customer, we call them within one business day of the order being placed (usually the same day) to keep our fast processing times. I'm glad you brought to our attention that you were not notified of the phone call prior to the confirmation email. This is something we will make sure we clearly add to the checkout process.

Good and fast purchase!
You're 1000 percent better than Merit Financial! They don't like money. I put in an order with them and called them. Got nothing but the run around. Thanks for good service and fast delivery. Shame on you Merit Financial. I'm spending my money with a real company , now!
