We got what we ordered.
We happened to be in the "perfect storm" and got e-mails that were cancelled, gave us the wrong delivery date and we had many phone calls. However, we felt that they gave good service, we just happened to be the ones that things happened to.

This was my 2nd order in two weeks. I wouldn't have placed a 2nd order if the service, etc., was GREAT!
I ordered Morgan silver dollars (for the 1st time) and was a little nervous what I'd receive. I am more than pleased with the product and the service.

Total experience was very nice!
