My order was processed & shipped as soon as the last item was in to fill the order. Emails were sent to notify you when order was shipped. Tracking of order was excellent. The only negative thing was coins were shipped in tube without anything placed in tube to keep them from moving around in shipping.

If one knows what one is doing, service with GoldandSilverOnline.com is very quick and efficient. But even if your knowledge level is low, they will help you along the way. I would recommend this company to a friend.

Afterplacing our order the company has regularly updated the status of our order. we received our order on time as they had promissed at the time of order. The container cap was not tightly closed so the coins were all lose in the bag which had scratched few coins.

From shopping to ordering to receipt of the silver coins, everything went like clockwork. They kept me up-to-date on the status of my order, called to let me know it shipped, and the coins arrived here on time. THANK YOU.

I ordered two St. Gaudens $20 gold coins in "EF" (extra fine) grade. One was acceptable, and the other was not. It was clearly not EF grade, and it had a distinct copper hue. I have ordered St. Gaudens from various places over the years. This was my first time ordering from Gold&Silver online. Within 10 minutes of writing the above, I was favorably impressed when I received a call from a manager at Gold&Silver who offered to exchange the coin in question. They quickly sent a replacement coin with a "strong" EF grade, bordering on AU. Thanks!

Gold and Silver Online price in comparison to more well known distributors (as seen on TV) was $150 savings per coin.
