I have purchased & received all within the predicted 20 days...as I live in England, a 1) smart case for my iPad mini 4. 2) smart LED ipad charging cable. 3) hard carrying case for mouse. They all arrived intact with no damage. I’ve been using the carry case keyboard, which I fully charged first, for a couple of weeks & have had no problems...the keys have not stuck. The charging cable works ok & my mouse fits the case....which Is solid & well made.

I bought 2 of the ipad keyboards. The plastic hinge failed on the first one after less than a year, and I thought. "OK anybody can have a bad apple." I bought a second one, and the exact same failure occurred after 8 months. I contacted the company for the warranty, and I was told I had to ship my keyboard to China for their confirmation, and pay to ship the replacement back to the USA, a cost that they admitted would be more than buying another keyboard from them, which is what they recommended that I do. I offered to pay for shipping a new keyboard, but declined to pay for shipping my broken keyboard to them, and they refused. Great idea, but what a crappy hinge. I promise, it will fail. Read the reviews.

I bought this for myself. I did have a problem with delivery as it got sent back to China, but customer service was great and got one back out to me with no problems. Although I bought this for my use, my wife loved it and is now using it, so I am going to have to order another one for myself. Ps Gold and Cherry, any chance of a discount please? Thanks John

I had a problem with delivery due to corvid 19. My order was returned to China by customs. However they pulled all the stops out and made sure I got my keyboard and cover. This was a present for my grand daughter wzhfo describes it as awesome and brilliant.

Ordered a keyboard with trackpad case for my 6th-generation iPad (2018). It looks and works as described on the company's website. The unit seems to be well built. It pairs easily with iPad, the keyboard feels solid and has function keys (unlike Apple's Magic Keyboard), and the trackpad is responsive. It's nice that older iPads can be converted into something that approaches a MacBook at a price that is pretty reasonable. Though shipments from China to the US are probably slower than usual because of the pandemicl, the item was delivered pretty much on schedule. One little quirk should be noted: at least on my unit, the keyboard defaults to Chinese input. Pressing the fn and space bar together brings up a menu of choices for language input.

They never fulfill their orders and lie all the time!

I purchased the keyboard case with tracpad for my iPad and I am very pleased. The only reason for the 4 star rather than 5 star is that I had to contact the company to figure out how to activate the tracpad since it was not in the instructions. They responded promptly and it works great now. It saved me from buying a laptop and is very convenient.

Update 28/09/22: After nearly 2½ years they reply, you couldn't make this up! Dreadful build quality. I've only had my Premium Smart Case For iPad Pro 12.9" for 4 months and the charge port has already snapped inside. It has only been charged about 6 times and has never been mishandled. Also the release mechanism is really hard to use without putting severe stress on the iPad itself. Gold & Cherry expect me to return at my expense for warranty repair and then will charge me $44 to return it. So that would total about $90 for and item that cost $105. So it's just destined for land-fill.
