I ordered two items. One adapter for an IPad Pro and a Magic Keyboard for the same. The adapter would not stay attached because it was too short for the case. After 36 days of asking, I got a return auth. Then, I returned it. Now they won’t give me my money back saying they don’t have it. The case/keyboard is horrible. Every time you touch the track pad it completely takes you out of whatever you are doing. Horrible horrible design and worse customer service. The name of the company should have scared me away. Products are junk. Zero service. They said I had 14 days to return a keyboard that was junk. What a freakin joke. Bad company. Paul Dalton Lexington KY.

While the Gold and Cherry has the advantage of the fixed hinge and the heavy duty case, the case does not protect the back of the iPad as it only fits on the corners. The case is heavy and bulky to move around, easy to drop and cold if it Is placed on your legs with shorts on. The multicolor lights on the keyboard are more of a nuisance than anything. They cut the battery life to virtually nothing so that you don’t really use them, IMO. There are large spaces around each key that are potential food traps. It was fine for a couple of months then began getting buggy. Then, one lump of tuna salad, carefully removed, and the machine was toast. It was too weeks short of six months. Return for repair is superseded by the opportunity to replace for about $50. I found an Arteck for about $35 that I really like and recommend over this one. It does not have a fixed hinge, rather the trifold I will call it. Trifold is a little awkward sometimes. In every other way, the Arteck is superior. Update: As you can see, the company asked me to reach out to them for resolution. They offered to ship me a new case for $20 shipping and handling. I would’ve been more impressed with their sincerity had they offered to replace the unit without charge. In any case, I had already replaced the unit for $35 and I’m more satisfied so I did not accept the offer.

Hello - I ordered the complete set for my desk - which included the keyboard, the stand, mouse and mouse pad.. Earlier I ordered the Gold & Cherry pencil as a backup for the original I purchased with my iPad Pro.. Some reasons I purchased from G&C.. All their products are EXTREMELY WELL MADE.. Not real happy with my case. It had some issues. There were cracks in each corner so now the right side of my iPad falls out. Also the keys missed. Gold and Cherry addressed my issues but I could only return for replacement or get a 40% refund. I did not want another one so I had to take the lesser refund. Now I have a keyboard I cannot use. I never would have bought if I known I could not get a 100% refund if I was not 100% satisfied. Will not buy from them again.

Poor quality, made and packed poor. Found my laptop keyboard broken when I received it!

Second case and both were great. Sometimes wish the Bluetooth was a bit more responsive tho.

i’ve had two. First worked great first few months then suddenly keyboard gave mismatched letters or symbols. i had tried out different key functions than the qwerty keyboard and thought I had just screwed up functions. I then contacted help and was told i needed to send item to them at my expense and to pay for repair and for $100 they would fix it. Still thinking it was my fault I bought a second case. This time I only used the qwerty keyboard and didn’t experiment. The same thing happened after a few months. I’d press say I and get ir and so on. I’d reset and it’d be ok then i’d get double letters or other mismatched symbols or double letters. I reset and tried again w same results. If u look at reviews the positive reviews are all w/in initial purchase. the company responds. the negative reviews are ignored. i think this is a scam. buyer beware. Too bad. It’s a great concept.
