Ordered an Apple Watch band on the 3rd of January it is now the 14th hoping to see my package soon😕 Edited: Rated a 2 Star at first but changed my rating to 3 because at least my ordered came in, on the 26th……. 😐

I purchased the iPad mouse. Got it in the time frame that I was told I would. It looks great and works great. It was very easy to set up and start using. The price was ok as well. Thanks Gold and Cherry for all you do. One of these days I will be getting the keyboard.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I paid $129 for this thing and it wont even charge. Not hold a charge mind you, it will not charge at all. Absolutely will not work unless plugged in to power. Customer service is nonexistent!! I have received no communication from them since I sent email a week ago. I know I’ll never see the money again. Total POS product and company. Save your money!!

Their customer service is very poor. 5 emails to them in the last 5 days, and no response. Product is good when it synchs, which it often doesn’t. I actually tried to replace my keyboard with a new one, because of the synch problem. They sent me the wrong item; I can’t find out where to return the wrong item and how to get the keypad I purchased. It’s a buyer beware situation.

The only regret is the side accessory (for me iPad) won’t fit securely it needs a longer pin for a good fit. The cover is great it is all I buy now
