I just received my keyboard case this…
I just received my keyboard case this week, so long-term remains to be seen. So far I love it! It was easy to get my iPad in the case. It stays there firmly. I had trouble pairing the Bluetooth, but that is user error, not something wrong with the case. The case is gorgeous. I love that shade of pink and it matches my other devices. So far the case has stayed charged several days. I do turn it off when not in use. I would buy it again!

Doesn’t fit my device
Doesn’t fit my iPad 5th generation. QA needs improvement. I will be returning Edit: No I didn’t order the wrong item. I bought a returned item to save $20. Maybe the item is defective and that’s why it was returned by the previous person AND me. Don’t assume that your customer made the mistake. Your instructions are very clear on checking the model number in order to get the correct fit.

Hi Susan. We looked into the order under your name #58899. Looks like a matching mistake is done by your part. the listing for the ipad mini case have 2 options to choose and it refers to the generations of ipads. there are slight differences between generations 1-3 and generations 4-5 and you picked the version for gen 1-3 We have a barcode sticker on each package Please email a photo of that to [email protected] for assistance in getting the right case for your iPad and if needed we would replace it 100%

The quality of the product is very…
The quality of the product is very good. The hook up process was very good. I still need help with the Cap Lock. I can’t seem to get it to work.

The items I have ordered from Gold & Cherry have been good quality.
The items I have ordered from Gold & Cherry seem to be of good quality. The only problem has been they sent me a keyboard case made for a different sized iPad’s than mine. The replacement was the same as the first. Eventually they figured out where the errors had occurred and sent the correct model for my iPad and I am very pleased with it! I am using it to type this review.

Love the look of the gold…
I really loved the look of the gold version of the Apple watch case and band. When I received it, there was a screw that I was unable to remove, and got stripped. Luckily customer service was able to send out a replacement to the watch case and the new one was perfect. I love it!

iPad a little heavier now but it’s okay…
iPad a little heavier now but it’s okay because I can use some features lots faster now! I didn’t realize how much I can do but desktop recently crashed & put the phone & iPad to work! Pretty much a laptop now! Should hv done this long ago. Ordering one for g-daughter!
