Ordered one as a Christmas gift, it was wrong size so I requested an exchange for the right size. I received it on Dec 8 and contacted them on Dec 27. I was told that there was a 14 day return policy, I explained that it was a Christmas gift and I didn’t want to return just exchange for the correct size. They refused. Don’t order from here, they will not work with you.

Purchase a keyboard swivel case for my wife's Ipad. Purchased on 11/24/2022, received it on 11/30/2022. First opened on Christmas as a present. The product would not pair and after several attempts, wifi and Bluetooth the case still would not pair with the ipad. Angelo from G&C asked several questions then offered me 50% discount on a purchase of the same item as their warranty doesn't cover the product for the issue. This was brand new, out of the box but Angelo claims since I am outside of the 14 days, no refund. The one warranty doesn't cover this new product. Will never do business with this company again.

Having dealt with other online companies that don’t respond or are unable to help with issues it’s really nice to deal with a company like Gold and Cherry that actually reads your emails and answers promptly and intelligently! I highly recommend this company and will continue to do business with them and tell my friends and business associates!

I ordered one of the 360 keyboard cases for my Ipad Pro. It was very easy and I received my case promptly. I really like my case and pleased with it. The only thing I would have to say about it that as criticism is that the small locks for the pad at the bottom of the place the Ipad goes need to be just a little larger to more securely hold the Ipad in place and the little 360 hinge needs to be a little more stable. Mine tends to wobble a bit and makes me think it could break too easily. This would probably not be a case I would get for a young person.
