Save yourselves the headaches & money don’t buy, and think you can return their garbage back for a refund. Metal watch band looks beautiful in the pictures but in reality it’s not worth more than 5$.

After purchasing a Ipad case with a tracker pad from "Gold & Cherry", I found that several of the keys weren't functioning so I contacted Customer Services and explained to them the details of the problem. But even though the item was still in Warranty at the time, they said the keys didn't come under the warranty. However, they offered me a discount should I want to purchase another one!!! I was asked to put my comments on "Trust Pilot" to identify the problem...and said that I wouldn't be recommending their products to any of my friends. Since then Trust Pilot has come back to me saying that Gold & Cherry would like to review the situation. However, If I didn't reply with the necessary details the comments would be deleted from the Trust Pilot site. I sent them the required information as requested and I've not heard a thing from "Gold & Cherry" since.....proving the negative comments of their after care service were fully justified. This was the second Ipad case I had purchased, the first one didn't have the tracker pad. I am again quite frustrated but again certainly wouldn't recommend them to friends or family.

These are ingenious devices that make my iPad much more convenient to use. They were delivered on time and shipping information was continually updated.
