Do not buy from this site they are a bunch of crooks. I ordered some Watch band and a case and it took 2 months it came from China and when I wanted to return the very second day I received the package they told me they can’t take it back since there is a 14 day return policy from when it was shipped from China. There quality is we’re cheap also I will call my credit card company and handle it from there since there customer service is useless and rude.

I ordered a keyboard case for my 11 year old iPad 3rd generation on March 5, 2023. I received the case on March 10, less than a week. It was exactly as described and works great! There were no helpful instructions with the item except steps for activating the Bluetooth connection. I have figured out how to use most of the switches and keys after reading all information I could find on the Gold & Cherry website. I still have no idea how to use at least 6 keys but am very pleased with this keyboard case.

I ordered and received the Magnetic 360 Swivel Keyboard + trackpad case for the iPad mini 6. I was disappointed in the unit because the trackpad is an unnecessary feature that requires that the keyboard itself have keys that are too small and key placement that is not standard. I am sure that the trackpad is great for full size iPads, but for the Mini6 I wish that Gold & Cherry would abandon the trackpad and simply use the same keyboard it has for the earlier iPad models. If they did that, i would give the unit 5 stars, but as currently designed it is virtually unuseable.

Over 30 days from ordering to receiving. After deciding to cancel order they shipped item anyway and now expect me to pay them $25.00 to return it. This appears to be a scam. If I were able I'd rate my experience a negative star. I'd advise anyone using this outfit to use a credit card that will allow you to file a dispute for the full refund. Gold and Cherry want to charge for returns.

I did have to wait a considerable amount of time before my iPad case arrived but the product worked as advertised. The support team responded to my emails almost immediately. They explained that the item was on backorder due to high demand. They offered a 20% refund for my inconvenience which I declined to take since my case arrived and worked nearly perfectly. Overall, I would say it was a positive experience. No other vendor was offering an iPad case with keyboard and trackpad for my older model iPad so I’m glad I came across Gold and Cherry.

Is this a real company in the states or out of the country. Told me 30 to get a tracking number then after 30 days I emailed them and they said this was a highly requested item and they ran out of stock??? Why would you not tell that to the customer??? Then they said they could give me a 20% refund????why 20% and not a full refund??? I wait and hope they enjoy stealing money from people that trust they are a legit company. I will let it ride a few more days and then it’s the better business bureau I’ll be talking to next.

I ordered a “Trackpad Premium keyboard case for iPad Pro 12.9" (1-2 Gen)” for $154.44 and a “Lightning Data Hub for iPad/iPhone” for $45.36. Total: $199.80 on 01/17/2023. They never sent a tracking number and never shipped my items, despite assuring me “We have your order here and we are getting it ready to ship out”. Emails go unanswered, there’s no phone number to talk to someone. Very unreliable company. LET THE BUYER BEWARE!!! DON’T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY!!!

I paid for a Bluetooth iPad keyboard, it was at the high end of competing prices. Never got the delivery, have had little response to requests for delivery updates. Now I have found out from UPS the product was returned to Gold & Cherry and they wont refund my money. Straight up theft.
