EDIT : Yes thanks for your general answer but I can’t reach you cause you blocked my emails and won’t answer it. So as I said RUN!!! Do not BUY IT!! THIEVES! Wrong item shipped they offered 50% discount for next order band never had any answer after refusing it and claiming my money back even with three different email addresses. And Once they know I’m the same person they just stop answering. one of them was so rude when answering. Oh and they told me they never received the item back even with UPS Notification I do have. So shameful. It’s so easy not answering. I’m from France and can’t afford calling them. I’m just a student and lost 140$. I’m not thanking you and God will know what you did

Purchased this device for a special education student to use during testing it was supposed to swivel and did not I open the device only to discover it did not function the way I needed for the student. I contacted the company 4 times and called to attempt to return the device Obtain a refund only to be met with this crazy email “ Packing and labeling the goods correctly: You must take photos of the product condition before packing it, As a reference for the inspection team. Damaged items are nonreturnable. Repack the item in the same way you got it, together with the box, box-sleeve, user manual, and charging cable. I am writing a review because it is completely unacceptable that a return is being made this difficult. I will not order from this company anything and will discourage any of the schools I work with from doing so. To add insult to injury the refund that was finally returned resulted in a was $134.80 refund instead of the $159.80 refund when I paid all return postage. This $25.00 fee was added for accepting this companies product and doing business with them was my mistake and NEVER AGAIN!!!! It would cause more aggravation then it’s worth to dispute it with my credit card company and since they I know that my experience with this company has been so negative I will not have a problem let everyone I talk to appreciate why I would take this much time to write a review.

Worst customer service EVER. They just keep sending the same useless information that say you haven’t shipped it yet and I still haven’t received my order. I’ll never use this company again. BUYER BEWARE !!!

I ordered a case for my ipad pro 10 and got a case that was too small (3rd generation). I returned the case and then got an email on how to return it. I ordered another case and this one fit my 5th generation ipad pro 10. Now I am being charged for both cases. When I emailed the company, they had the audacity to say they never received the return. I am so made right now. I am paying for two cases. I also told them to send me an email to return the case I had because I could not afford to pay for two. I have not received an email confirmation. The payments when through Affirm and Gold&Cherry can only offer the return authorization. I am so upset. Return my money and keep you cases. I am out of $119 for first case and $164 for second case and paying for both. Furious!!!!!! Rosie in New Jersey.

The case I received did none of the things featured in your ad. It doesn't swivel or have anything like the one you showed in the ad. It has a fixed hinge so it just opens and closes, nothing else. I paid the $169.00 but got much less than I expected according to your advertising.

No customer service. Call the phone number and you get a recording that says business hours and we can call you back. I called during their business hours. If you want to return, they make it impossible. Don’t buy from this org. Waste of money.

They completely lied about their cancellation policy. I ordered something on a Sunday morning at 6:15am and cancelled it at 6:33am. Their policy says that it will be cancelled if received “before it is shipped”. At 2:30 Monday afternoon I received an email saying it was too late and that my order “already shipped”. I replied to these emails saying I would refuse the shipment and told them to stop it so no one’s time was wasted. I only received automatic replies to my emails and then the item actually shipped THREE DAYS LATER! As many others have said, I was scammed, ghosted, and treated with complete disrespect and terribly. Now they are sending me emails saying THEY will take legal action. I refused the shipment as I told them in writing I would before it even had a tracking number, and ended up filing a dispute with my credit card company. It’s been over 2 months and I still don’t have my $280 back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS, SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND HEADACHES!!!!

I'm disappointed with the case for my Gen 2 iPad Pro. While the online video showed a rotating and folded the iPad over the keyboard leaving the screen was usable. Giving the impression that ALL keyboard versions worked the same. Not so! There also was no explanation the 'case' required separate charging (and battery weight) - giving the impression that it was powered by the iPad battery. an intentional deception? Hum. Now it does work. But it's heavy, a bit awkward and makes the iPad into a laptop. And requires user input from both the keyboard and the iPad screen. Not what what was displayed.
