The order arrived in about week after it was placed and was exactly as described in the description on the website. That’s the two stars part. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I asked for a tracking number and got a somewhat argumentative response during the entire conversation. They said it was coming via a freight company and couldn’t provide a tracking number while the receipt they sent clearly stated fedex. The order arrived via a UPS truck and had a tracking number attached.

Great site! I had been looking for a 3/4 hub forever and happened on this site and found exactly what I needed. The part arrived in a timely manner and the part was of very high quality. Web site said a specific make and model was available and in stock. Ordered it and was billed. Order confirmed. Then 3 days later an email shows up that it’s no longer available. Money was refunded. Called and spoke to a customer service/sales person to make a second selection. Agreed on another unit, and the CSR confirmed they had it in stock after putting me on hold several times to be certain. Order placed and I was billed. 3 days later another email notice that the second choice is also Out Of Stock. This is despite confirmation that one was available live and in person with their CSR. So in the end, no purchase ever took place. Money was refunded. So, good news is I got my money back each time with no delays. Bad news is that two purchases, with one fully confirmed, got zeroed out so no transaction ever occurred. That’s the deal with my experience. The attitude when asked about “what’s going on here” was rather cavalier, it was like “it’s just tough luck buddy.”
