Alea, B.
Absolutely horrible customer service. My order was canceled without my consent and I was hung up on while trying to discuss shipping with customer service. I will never purchase from this company and I will tell everyone to steer clear.

ATV doesn't run. No support was helpful when txting support line for help. Better to spend more money and get a better product than go with the cheaper price as this option.

Hello Chad, sorry to hear you are having issues with your ATV. This is the first and only warranty issue we have had on this ATV I see we texted you support, and per your request, we have processed a Return for you. We know you said that the engine starts but the ATV does not move. Your mechanic did not say what the problem was. It seems like something very simple. We have opened up a support ticket for you and requested support from the factory rep. Maybe we can get you going so that you don't have to return it. We will inspect it when we receive your return and issue a refund

After going to several local Go Kart shops My son wanted to buy one online. He did not like the local selection but preferred one on a website. But I was concerned as I had heard so many bad things about the online companies that sell these items and then not delivering the products for weeks or longer or delivering shipments with bad parts and many other issues such as this... I tried very hard to talk him out of this. But he wanted to buy and pay for his GoKart this way so I went through with it expecting the worst. It was a surprise to see the company did have the item in stock and even more surprised it shipped out and was delivered within a week of purchase. And once received it all looks to be in good order. We have not had Kart assembled yet but if there are any small issues I’m sure that can be dealt with to make all go well... I may be back in a few months to get another Kart as this transaction went very well. We looked at other online shops and saw bad reviews. But this one seems to be very good! Thank you!

Hello Randy, We see that you ordered the Interceptor Go Kart. We know you are going to have a lot of fun with that kart. Your son was right, why settle for just one or two models at a store. Great choice!
