Quick, easy and GoKarts USA had the parts that we couldn't find locally. An added bonus was that they were on sale.

Product is awesome, customer support is horrible. Before buying product, I contacted customer support through live chat, asked a couple questions and the response I received was “sure”. I was appalled, and closed out. Went ahead bought the product I was interested in. Received it within a week, was awesome. Opened crate, missing one part, ok no big deal, contacted customer support again, horrible service, just went ahead bought part in my town. I do love the product, but highly suggest not dealing with customer support.

Chris,
SPOKE WITH SALES PERSON TO VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE AVAILABLE. TWO DAYS LATER GOT A EMAIL STATING THE GAS TANK WAS NOT IN STOCK. AND ASKED IF I WANTED A DIFFERENT TANK. I CHOOSE A DIFFERENT TANK AT A LESS EXPENSIVE COST. STILL WAITING ON REIMBURSEMENT OF DIFFERENCE. NOTE I HAVE PLACED TWO ORDERS THE PAST TWO WEEKS OVER $600.00.
Response from GoKarts USA®Nov 1, 2019
Hello Chris, thanks for your review. Your order was just placed a couple of hours ago and is being fulfilled. I see you ordered a Sprocket/ Brake assembly. Sorry the Tank you wanted was out of stock. Customer service will refund the difference.

I placed an order for an item that showed in stock on the website, was charged and figured the item would ship. I received an e-mail the next day notifying me the item was not in stock along with a promotional code for an additional discount on my next order. Okay, no problem. When I went to place another order for some other items I needed, the promotional code was invalid. I e-mailed this company regarding their promotional code and never received a reply. No worries, I ordered the items elsewhere.

Hi Erich, sorry your item was out of stock. We see you ordered a plastics set for your gokart. The code we sent seems to be valid. Did you reply to a no-reply email? When you email us, it creates a Support Ticket that's sure to get a response. Please give us another try, next time we will try harder!
