Vehicle ordered late. We worked closely and quickly with you on this . You requested guaranteed delivery. We informed you that that was not possible and that delivery to your location would have been after Christmas. That gave you the option to proceed or cancel. Holiday Delivery is very important to us this time of year. If it's not going to make it in time, we will tell you immediately That's why we always say Order Early! Guaranteed Freight is actually a service that freight companies offer. It's very expensive, and can be anywhere from $1000 - $2500. Our customers won't pay that, and we don't offer it
