Terrible customer support. Unable to contact after trying for weeks. No response to texts.

We have set up an extensive support system on our website to assist customers We know some customers still prefer Live Support As I'm sure you can imagine, with the pandemic stay-at-home, we have been so inundated with calls and texts, we cannot always offer Live Support. But you can visit our Help Center for support and complete a Help Request if you need further support. We see you ordered a GoKart Kit.
