I purchase a few items from GoJane.com. You have to admit there's some awesome looking clothes on the site. In all I must say I spent well over a hundred. Within 3-4 years, the high waist jeans are true to size. They been in my wardrobe now over 2 years. I order at least 3 pairs of shoes. With constant wear. They last almost over 3 years. The sole of one pair has became detach. In my opinion they wear amazing but not worth the price they charge. Most of the shoes run smaller. So s size up is recommended. The jacket I purchased was extremely cheap made but people love it. The jacket luckily is still attach and working properly. I also have a one piece bodysuit. Give and take a few other items I purchased are milo her around. You honestly get what you paid for. Jeans for Gojane never fail me. Shoes, you need them to last. Save money for a great pair and a reliable designer.

So I placed my order today around 12PM PST.. Now I know they have a deadline of 11PM PST, but that still does not mean that they should not be able to request to have the package shipped out on the same business day as a courtesy! I order online from my Number 1 store URBANOG.COM all the time and they always accommodate their customers! I also asked if i would be notified if something is out of stock and they said no!! When I called to ask what time the shipping carriers pick up packages, CINDY the CSR did not even know the time! I mean its not like they have a bunch of stores, its just 1 eCommerce site! They should get trained more efficiently to provide customers with better information instead of just reading a script or a policy. She kept saying well the policy this and that, I really don't care about a policy if you really want to have customers come back to you! It doesn't take much effort to just send a message to shipping and ask them nicely to ship the package on the same business day. NEVER in my life will I shop with this company ever again. I will take my business else where! Horrible customer service, just HORRIBLE.

I ordered 7 pairs of shoes from gojane and 4 need to be returned since they did not fit since I got them in my true size (some were too big or too small). I spoke to their customer service rep and they told me I could not drop off the shoes since they are not licensed to have customers or pay for my returned shipping. The cost of shipping back the shoes would come out to be the amount of buying 2 other pairs of shoes I would never see or wear ever. It's not worth purchasing here. May be cheap but at the end it may cost you more since they can't pay for return shipping and they are a so call big online retail store. They should be more understanding.

When I looked at the tracking info on a pair of jeans I ordered from GoJane it stated that they were delivered and left outside my front door. I live on A very busy street in a sketchy neighborhood, so naturally the package was not there when I looked. I called OnTrac and thy told me that goJane had specified to leave the package at the front door, which was not mentioned anywhere when I paced my order, and I absolutely did not say that I wanted that to happen. I emailed GoJane and explained my issue, stating that I did not specify anywhere that I wanted my package left at my front door, and I requested a refund, and said they could figure it out further with OnTrac themselves. I got a prompt reply from Deena saying that they would send a new package via UPS and waive the shipping "as a courtesy", and they would start an investigation with OnTrac. Although that was not what I asked (I requested a refund) I was moderately satisfied with the service and was happy that they were sending a replacement with a different carrier (OnTrac is an absolute NIGHTMARE) Well, about two weeks go by, and I hadn't received my package (I live in the Bay Area, and GoJane ships from SoCal, so it shouldn't take more than about 3 days via ups) and whenever I clicked my new UPS tracking number it came up that it was not valid. Then I got a call from Ontrac in the morning saying that they were going to send a driver to come look for the package by 5pm that day. So I missed work to wait for OnTrac. Stupid idea on my part. They never showed up, I still don't have my package. I'm still emailing GoJane and they aren't replying. Customer Service is absolute garbage, their shipping method is completely faulty, and they lie and give you fake tracking numbers when they claim to send you a replacement. GOJANE IS A SCAM, DO NOT GIVE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY YOUR MONEY!!!!!

The item was as described and shipping was fast! I received my item within 2 days of placing my order!

I love Gojane it's a nice site, and well put together, their customer service is Ok..I had 1 or 2 run-in's but other then that, very sweet ladies! I love love shopping their site, and have beautiful shoes, clothes and accessories !

I am always skeptical on purchasing something online from a website for the first time. Most of the reviews I saw were negative but the dress and sandals I wanted were so cute I couldn't pass. I ordered on a Wednesday afternoon and here it is two days later, Friday morning, I and just got my stuff, from CA to NC. I am super pleased. The only negative thing I have to say is that the box my shoes are in is super damaged but that would be USPS's fault. The dress I purchased was a mustard color midi dress. I wear a size large so I am choosy about buying dresses online. It fits perfect though and I love it!! BTW this is the first review I have ever made about a website and I am a compulsive online shopper so that says a lot!

Very,very disappointed!!! I ordered a pair of ballet shoes that were on sale at gogane.com. I received them in the mail in a timely manner but the box was crushed and they gave me 2 left shoes. When I emailed customer service, I was told to mail them back but the catch is I would have to pay for the shipping charge again before they will give me a store credit. I will never order or recommend this company to anyone again. I'm stuck with 2 left shoes, I can not even give a rating. I'm so disappointed!!!
