ok quality for the price

I have shopped on this website more then once and the stuff isn't bad I mean for the price you pay what do you expect? it wont last forever but its worth the price. On the other hand their customer service is terrible! the ladies that work at the head office need some serious training on how to talk to customers and handle mishaps on their end. I placed an order on a Friday and when Monday came around I called right when they opened to see if I could cancel my order. The lady told me that my package was already packaged and about to go on the truck. Well she lied I've been checking my status order and it has yet to be picked up. That was 24 hrs ago. Your telling me from a loyal customer that you can't catch me a break and cancel my order if its in your warehouse? They literally made it seem like it was a huge deal. My order number and name is enough to find it - don't work too hard! I even offered to pay a fee to avoid having to ship it back. So not only do they screw you to cancel an order but there going screw me on the price to send it back to them. I've ordered from many online sites and any other would offer to take care of the cost to ship it back at least. I'm so caught off by this customer service is ridiculous! the lady on the phone kept insisting the girl never said it shipped when she actually said "its about to go on the truck right now" so she basically is telling me I'm hearing things. She told me she understood at one point then said she never said that she understood what I was saying. What a joke these girls are! Enough to stop shopping on here. People that have businesses like this and are greedy and wont make It too far. I don't even care for gojane to see this I just want to add my experience to a bunch of the others on here. And also I ordered knock off uggs on here they sent me size 6 when I ordered size 8 and they looked nothing like the picture they were so ugly. I donated them instead of calling to complain.

I ordered just some simple jewlery pieces and they came out exactly like the pics and shipping was pretty good.

Ordered a pair of boots and they look NOTHING like the picture. The material is also VERY cheap. DO NOT buy from this website. The pictures they have up look nothing like the item you will receive.

I absolutely love Go Jane!!I have ordered about 7 pairs of shoes from them and they have always came super fast and just as described!!

I am one of those customers who is a die-hard loyal customer, until a brand/store gives me a reason to no longer support them, and today that's exactly what happened with GoJane. My online shopping habits are very reflective of my regular in store habits. Usually I go from store to store, and sometimes take days to mull over a shopping decision. It is always the case that on any given day I have many baskets across my list of fave online stores. Today however was definitely proof of something I believe GoJane has been doing since some time last year when I first noticed it. So...my GoJane basket was filled with all the items I have been contemplating getting over the past week, and then lo and behold into my Gmail account, comes a 25% off sitewide promotion. So upon logging into my GoJane account, and expecting to see an overall price cut, what I noticed was a bit more startling. Nothing at all had changed. Of course at first I imagined the reasoning behind this was that maybe some of the items, being sale items were excluded from the 25% off. Oh no...instead items which had a specific price prior in the week, and believe me, I know all the prices (eidetic memory) had been marked up to reflect a "sale price," which in fact was the original price. In some cases the price ended up being up to a $1.25 more on an item. While this may not be a big deal to a lot of people. Little things like "pulling the wool" over customers' eyes is a big enough deal for me as consumer to lose "trust" and "confidence" in a store that I had gotten so comfortable with. Sadly, while I might just be a drop in the bucket of customers you, GoJane might have, unfortunately I have jumped ship. I don't entertain dishonesty.

the boots that i bought is very nice "Take It Higher Studded Lace Up Boots"...but the zipper on the side can be very difficult to close i received my order one week and a half , i live in Canada

I am beyond frustrated. I ordered the "Back of my Bike Over the Knee Boots" in black and was SO excited for them to arrive, that I paid the $22.00 for 2 day shipping. When they came, they were the WRONG boots. They sent me the "Moto Ride Tall Boots" even though it CLEALRY says the boots I ordered on my receipt. Emailed customer service and still have not heard back. so frustrating and disappointing. Now im stuck with either keeping the boots I didn't order, or paying to ship them back and wait for their customer service to most likely mess up again.
