I've ordered at least twice now from GoJane and have never had any issues with them. My items arrived in less time than expected (just 1 week, shipping to Canada), and have always been in good condition. My only reservation is the website itself. It could use a pick-me-up as it always seems drab (compared to other similar sites, namely UrbanOG) and it's hard to really see how the product looks or how it would fit on someone (I'm talking about their boots and shoes). Also, the selection could be a bit better. I usually browse through UrbanOG, then check GoJane to see if they have the same item. I like shopping in bright and inviting environments, and if it weren't for UrbanOG's "Final Sale on International Orders" policy, I wouldn't be shopping at GoJane. Also, the prices are a bit higher, but as I said, the product comes in in good condition, so I'll deal with it. Overall, it's a decent site to shop. It just needs a makeover!

I must say i was a bit skeptical because of the reviews but i had to order because i saw this bad and omg i feel in LOVE. It looks like the celine purses and i right away ordered for my first time! I ordered last sunday and it came in today and i live in canada. I must say the quality is good and its thick which im surprised since it was $40. i feel so elegant wearing the bag haha! but ya on the sunday i ordered i called in to ask a question which people said the line doesnt work that the number is fake and i called and didnt have to wait. Some girl picked up and was really nice to me. Since then i tracked my package everyday and im so happy with my purcahse. Completely love love love! i really want to order clothes but im scared of the quality. thanks gojane!!!

This site has some really cute clothes! And they're not super expensive and always have a good sale! Shipping is pretty fast too. This is a go to site of mine when in the mood to shop online.

Here their clothing is super fashionable. They are up to date with all of the trends. The clothes are very affordabe. Some of the clothes can be cheap, so that is why I gave it four stars.

This website has everything. You will never go on here and not find anything. The clothes are affordable, great quality, and trendy. They are less expensive than alot of other websites offering the same items. I'm so in love with my black hoodie jumpsuit I ordered that I decided to write a review. It was everything and more than what I expected. I went on there just to see what other items I could order because of the great quality. This will be my new "Go To" site from here on out!

I ordered a shirt for the first time on their website and i waited and waited and waited then i checked the tracking # to see why it was delaying so long it said it was delivered i checked with my neighbors and nothing so i contacted go janes customer service and they filed a claim i had to wait 8 days and nothing then ten days after i chattes with them again and they gave me store credit i wont ever shop here again they wont help you unless you badger them . And you have to be consistent . Atleast im glad i recieved store credit but i still wanted what i had ordered :(

I've shopped with GoJane.com several times and it has always been a great experience! The items are trendy and super cute, and they've got excellent customer service. I've had to return items twice and there was never a problem, I got an email as soon as they received the item and a refund within a day or so after. I will continue shopping here, they're awesome not to mention they always send out nice coupons and discount codes! The only thing is everything is so super cute and gets sold out quick! But they always restock so its not a big issue! The best site I've come across and I'd recommend it to anyone!

i was very skeptical when placing the order that the clothes would be very bad quality because of the price, but i was pleasantly surprised. I love my boots and jacket. Very happy.
