GoJaneReviews of gojane.com

Geeze, you can't even trust trust pilot reviews now? smh. I order from gojane all the time. It is true about what was said about the clothes beginning to become stripper like (everything is mostly club wear) but they have good prices for shoes. Also their customer service is excellent! And that is very hard to find on these websites now. If ever a good is faulty they give you a discount off of it and its processed within the time they said it would. They send you free sample gifts and they are easy to contact. THAT'S WHAT YOU NEED. Shipping is also fast and reliable. The only thing is you have to pay for returns. I have been shopping here for years...prolly over 5 years. Don't listen to these negative reviews. Especially if they're telling you to shop at a different webs. (How shady can you get? smh)

Never had a problem, shipping is good and clothes always fit and they have the best sales😏

I ordered from them a few times and got lucky with fit and quality (for the price)... however the last time I ordered was the first time I had issues with 2 out of the 4 shoes I ordered and it was a disgusting nightmare dealing with their customer service. One of the zips was broken on the back of a heel and a shoelace was missing on another pair so it was their fault and they refused to pay for the shipping to return 2 faulty shoes. They expected me to pay for the shipping back to Canada. Never again... Just don't give in to what seems like a bargain. There's now plenty of the same styles on Amazon which has super easy delivery and free returns!

I was skeptical at first.. Seeing the bad reviews, I decided to go ahead and give GoJane a try! I'm so glad I did!!!!! The shoes were great and a perfect fit. Came in the correct size and ON TIME!!! I was provided with a tracking number via UPS. And every thing worked out GREAT! Trust me.. If you're looking for affordable, cute, and stylish.. GoJane is for You! I order the shoe style "KELSEY" in Pink! Ladies.. GoJane is a FAST, LEGIT, and AFFRODABLE SITE! I ordered on May 28, 2016 and received my shoes on June 6, 2016. Even with the Memorial Day Holiday..

First time ordering anything from Gojane, hard to determine if they were good or not due to all the poor comments. But from my experience I say YES order from HERE. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes on sale 4.6.16 standard shipping, came to my front door on 4.8.16. Opened the very cute packaging, shoe boxes looked a little beat up but once I opened the shoe boxes the shoes were perfect and in great condition, exactly like the pictures. Usual I never write reviews, but had to because the shoes were great and the shipping time was even better. Sounds kind of unreal but I will for sure be ordering from there again!!!! happy first time customer :)

Quality of clothes is so-so. Prices are good. Lots of selection.

Ordered years ago, never again...I paid with card, they sent the items and apparently shipping cost more, so instead of asking me if I wanted the order before sending and warning me of the extra cost, they charged my card just like that, so no thanks, don't want to be scammed again! Especially not for "meh" quality.

I used to order shoes to Clothing religiously from gojane And loved the clothes and shoes the prices were a little more reasonable of course. I was always able to find clothes for my size now they mostly have clothes for small to medium size. So sad they changed but not for the better in my opinion.
