GoJaneReviews of gojane.com

Never buy their shoes. I bought 4 pairs of shoes here on a great sale and 3 pairs didn't fit, and one pair was the most uncomfortable pair of shoes my feet have every felt. I wanted to return/ exchange them, but because GoJane does not cover returns the shipping was way too expensive. I would not recommend buying shoes here to anyone. They have good deals and cute styles, but the construction is awful. The soles of the shoes were barely a step above cardboard.

This is my third time ordering from thus company and I haven't had any problems...quick shipping as well.

Bad customer service. I need something for an event on Thursday and I called to get expedited shipping but they told me they "can't" expedite shipping to Alaska. I've had this issue with other companies and I've called customer service and they were helpful...but not this company! If you're in a pinch and from AK, this is not the company to ask. I won't be buying anything from here.

Ever since new management stepped in, Gojane has become a failure. Am not ordering again to say at least.

Very pleased

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, am in canada, they charged me customs lots of money, and they sent me tiny pairs of shoes, I can't even wear them what a loss 😓😓I will never ever order from them again it's not worth. They say customs bills is on their policies I could have read that I regret big time, my day is spoiled. Never again.

Gojane rocks! They always sell the hottest, sexiest, cutest, & above regular smegular outfits I've ever seen & worn . I've been buying from them since I was 18 . I own like 50+ stuff from them now , lol . Keep up the good work, Gojane ! 🤣😍😍

I ordered 3 pairs of furry sandals and a gold velvet dress. Total was only $58 including tax and free shipping. I ordered Sunday night and got everything Tuesday morning. Great quality and super cute. Fast free shipping. Yippee this was my first order with them and I'll probably be ordering more soon since they ship for free for orders $50 or more.
