I truly hate writing a review but customer you need to know this!! I have shopped on GoJane for years and most of the time I use PayPal. And at this point I'd recommend PayPal for all Gojane purchases. I made a purchase on Friday, 2/10 and on Saturday morning 2/11 I realize I had the wrong size shoe. It sucks that they closes there customer service on the weekend. You have to wait until Monday PST time to talk to someone. As I called Monday 2/13 at 9:20 PST it seem to be pointless because it was to late to cancel my order. Their customer service sucks! I've been in customer service and hospitality for way too long to know that if someone is angry you should not be trying to talk over your customers. I am now upset off that the order can't be canceled. I asked customer service is the item still with you all? There response was it's in processing. So of course that upset me even more!!! Instead of actually telling me what I should have seen on the website, or over talking me and telling me I should've double checked my order, they should've had a been better solution for this issue. You have no option to cancel your order after it's been placed, and you have no option to communicate with anybody when customer service is closed for the whole weekend. So by Monday morning it's too late to even cancel an order that still in their possession. I got a email today 2/14 about tracking the package. Come to find out the package has not been sent out until today 2/14. This is truly horrible customer service!!!! You mean to tell me that a whole day went by and NO ONE COULDN'T stop the order from being shipped. THAT A BUNCH OF BULL!!!!!! I NOW have to wait for it to get here and PAY for it to go back. Then possibly wait a whole month to get my money back. I RECOMMEND ALL GOJANE CUSTOMERS TO USE PAYPAL!!!! Whoever is the owner or manager of this business you need to think about a BETTER SYSTEM for a issue like this. I am 100% sure this is a common issue since your customer service only opens Monday through Friday 9 to 5 PST time. And your have everyone all over the world ordering from you all!

I have purchased from GOJANE before and my order was shipped later than expected, a 2-week “delay.” I am based in the United States, and here recently my sister decided to use the company again to purchase two pair of shoes for my birthday. The shoes needed verification because we live in two separate homes. The checkout process was not user friendly and after verification another hold was placed on the account. An email was sent out for verification to my sister for “additional verification.” When calling in she verified her address, name, my name, my address, her 3-digit CSV code, and her last four of the card number. GoJane then went to take the verification a step further by placing an authorization hold on her card. My sister was at work like most Americans so she had to call back to speak with a different agent and repeat the process. She had to then advise the exact amount that was placed on hold on her card. I’m sorry, is GOJANE a hotel placing authorization holds or the Credit Bureau requesting all this information? This then made sense they put her on a time limit to verify all of this because if not advised she would receive a “delay on shipping”. The order was expedited and the cost was an additional “$17.00.” How extreme is that? Of course, put the customer through this "extreme verification process" so you can attempt to ship a day later. Now the order is processed and I must be at home to sign for special verification to get my birthday shoes. I work and it’s your normal 9-5 so I will not be there. The next step is to use my gas and pick it up from the postal office. GOJANE that again will be closed when I get off. Therefore, this is not customer friendly at all and the delivery process is horrible for anyone in the United States. How can you expect to expand as a company GOJANE? I wrote this to advise that if you do not respond on their time it will be a “delay in shipping” if you get free ground shipping it will be a " delay in shipping" if you get a gift for someone who works it will be a "delay in shipping".

This was my first time ordering from gojane.com and i got three pair of boots i absolutely love them!! It was fast shipping and i will be making more purchases from them forsure!!!

the prices are not good here there are other sites that have the same items for cheaper

Return policy and customer service are horrid. I paid extra to have them shipped before a certain day they didn't not arrive. Found a lovey pair in the store. Was thinking about just keeping them until I saw the quality. Will be paying about 20$ for shipping between getting them here and returning. Would give them zero stars if possible. Will never order from them again.

This clothing is cheap so don't expect high quality other than that I haven't had any issues with gojane. Comes quick and looks like it does in the site.

i was shocked that this was such good quality when it came in the mail. it looked just like the pictures !

I have been an avid shopper for years. Mostly shoes. The other day I ordered 2 pairs of the same shoe. One nude aND one black. The nude was perfect which is why I can truly share how disappointed I am. The right foot of the black pair had a very obvious defect. The straps were way too loose. Gojane sent me a label to ship them back after sending them photographic evidence. I agreed to an exchange because I love this store but I am truly disappointed. They assured me that the item would be inspected before shipment. I took a leap of faith. Boy was I wrong. I received the item, this time both the left and right foot were loose.The packaging was obviously not original and it was even more obvious that i rec a pair sent back by another customer. After contacting cs I was informed that I agreed to the risk. It is 2016, they need to hAve a better return policy and take full accountability for the product being sold. I have to send the shoes back at my expense of course. At pretty much the same price as the purchase cost cause its Canada. Complete waste and disappointment. I can't say never but I will throttle my purchases. Not even a one time courtesy was offered. I've been shopping with them for years. My account testifies that.
