I did this method for a week…I did not feel the fullness from it & I at normal & put 2 pounds on? I also had belly bloat in my upper abdomen & felt discomfort from it!

My doctor sent in rx. It was never processed for over a week. When I finally got through they said the doctor wrote the rx incorrect. They said they tried to contact him. They never did. I contacted my doctor myself. He re sent the rx. Was finally processed but never shipped. I called again. Customer service said they would send overnight. It was sent fin but not overnight. From time of first rx it was over 3 weeks to get medication. Horrible

I'm excited that these meds are completely free but there was a long delay from ordering to receiving them. Given my son has meds that he must take every day, we're unsure whether we can rely on this service to deliver the meds when we need them. They told us they are working out their kinks in being so busy. We'll keep using this service to see if timing improves but we have to have backup in case they are delayed.
