Good service
I appreciate the status notifications. I would like to be able to view the details of my previous orders. It seems that this history is not available.

Improved Online Experience
The online experience has significantly improved since my last visit. I was a bit confused about the auto refill options, though. My prior experience with their email and phone support was excellent.

Reliable, affordable but a bit overresponsive.
You all provide the meds I need at very affordable rates and the shipping is always very prompt. The one thing that is bothersome, is that if you think I'm about out of a prescription, you don't just send one notification, you call all of my phone numbers repeatedly and send emails. That's not helpful, it's annoying. Remind me once and I'll contact you when I truly need a refill. Thank you.

When calling
When calling, caller ID should pop up as gogomeds, not some 888 phone number, that's why customers do not answer.

Too Many Clicks to Complete an Order
It took one click to order my RX. It then took TEN (10) more click to finish the order. I realize the verification of the shipping address, but the screens are confusing, duplicate and frustrating. Been a customer for years, so apparently I am willing to deal with it, but could be more streamlined.
