I loved GOGO Meds!

This order took me calling 2 times before I got confirmation that it was submitted. Then it took calling in several other times it stress the importance of receiving my medication. Due to a lack of ordered insulin it was delay in shipping which was explained by a very rude customer service lady when I wasn't being rude to her. I was just trying to figure out what the issue was. Then it shipped and no one called me!! Its a refrigerated item… Never had so much trouble before this, but felt like things were less than satisfactory this time around.

I ordered a refill of a prescription. When I called in everything was very professional. The representative tracked down the refill and contacted me: Advised that the prescribing doctor had approved the refill and I would be notified when it was shipped. Apparently my doctor rethought that and decided it should be held until August 1, 2022: A very nice representative from GoGo Meds tracked me down - took several calls - and told me that the refill would be sent on or immediately After August 1 and I should not look for it, nor would I be charged, until then. That is REAL service! I cannot expect any more than that --

Delivered on time. Love it so far. I've been taken as prescribed by my doctor and take it when supposed to. So far I feel a little difference, but it only has been about a week. Can't wait to see more results.

GoGoMeds has been supplying my medications for approximately 3 years now. They are easy to talk to on the phone, easy to deal with through the app, and unlike many mail order pharmacies, they make sure my medications are always delivered on time. I really appreciate the service and great people who represent this business.

Very easy process and great followup

The representative that helped me out today was fantastic! They came up with a solution quickly and even offered additional information to help me save money in the future.

I received the order without any issues. I started taking the Plenity pills on Sunday, as directed, and had issues with diarrhea and stomach discomfort on Monday morning.
