For OTC orders, our policy includes 1 to 2 business days for processing before shipment. Next Day Shipping means your order ships the next business day after processing is complete, so an OTC order placed on Tuesday would be processed by Wednesday or Thursday, with Next Day Shipping delivering shortly after. We understand this may not have been clearly communicated at checkout and we sincerely apologize for any confusion.
