Easy process. Fast and efficient.

GoGoMed experience was great, medication arrived fast and happy with the meds i ordered :)

the doctors from plush care did not effectively describe how you were involved in the process to obtain my plenity meds; i had an online appt with plushcare and was informed once the appt was over, i would receive meds within 2 days; no one told me about GOGo Meds; i wasn't able to set up an account for 2 days which lost time; also, getting in touch with live people is problematic at this point; also, the updates to the page is slow; when I did understand the process, your page kept showing there was no activity on the shipment and that I only had a quote; it was just a little too problematic for me; if i continue plenity, i hope this process gets easier

I needed meds pretty fast and placed an order and they came in time before I ran out.

Emailed customer service because after two weeks of back and forth with gogomeds, I finally got a notification on Monday my order had been processed and was complete. It's supposed to have 2 day shipping, but on Friday when I looked at the site, my order still had not shipped. I emailed customer service but have not heard back. Just want to get these meds started and I feel like disappointment is coming.

Everything went fine with the order but I received two orders. However, after noting this, it was corrected. Changed my review to 5 stars. Thanks. (I was told that one was on autofill but I never authorized that. Not a big deal but most people don't want to receive--and pay for--two prescriptions when they order one.)
